Can you help me retain patients through their entire treatment plan?

Will you work around my schedule?
Of course! We are happy to schedule coaching sessions on evenings or on weekends to make things more convenient for you.
Can you teach me what to do with the leads from marketing efforts who aren’t scheduling appointments?
We will help you rewrite your phone scripts, train your front office staff and provide templates for follow-up marketing to get more of those leads in the door. You paid for those leads…we will teach you to capitalize on them!
What’s the difference between a marketing lead and a referral lead?
A referral lead is already familiar with you, your practice, and (most likely) your prices because a friend or family member is a current patient. A marketing lead has no information at all… and no loyalty to you… so they are skeptical to begin treatment. We teach you how to communicate effectively with a marketing lead to convert them to new patients.
